At Dermaxa, we strive to deliver your herbal and skincare essentials as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with Pakistan’s leading courier services (including TCS, Leopards, and Trax) to ensure your order reaches your doorstep in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email once your order is processed.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Lahore: 1–2 Business Days.
  • Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 Business Days.
  • Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 Business Days.

Note: During peak sale periods or extreme weather conditions, deliveries may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We understand that trust is important. Dermaxa offers Cash on Delivery nationwide. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier agent at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking Number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number on our partner courier’s website to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House Number, Street, and Area/Landmark). Dermaxa is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your products. However, if your package arrives damaged:

  • Please take a photo of the damaged parcel before opening it.
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
