Return & Refund

At Dermaxa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products—which include high-potency skincare and herbal remedies—we have strict guidelines to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used skincare products (such as eye serums) cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our quality control. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if we sent you the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and the shipping label.
  • We will send a replacement immediately at no additional shipping cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products with broken safety seals.
  • Items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale."
  • Used or partially used herbal supplements or topical serums.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned (unopened) item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Payment Methods: Refunds can be issued as Store Credit (valid for 6 months) or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service (like TCS or Leopards) to ensure the item reaches us safely at our Liberty Market location.
